On Tuesday 17th March 2026, Simply Rhino organised the Grasshopper UK User Group Meeting which was held at PLP Architecture, London.

Thanks to Luca Biselli for his help in writing this report of the meeting. We trust the report is useful for the Rhino and Grasshopper community, both as a refresher for those that attended the meeting and a useful reference for those that were not able to be at this in-person event.

Grasshopper Meetings – Background

Grasshopper (GH) for Rhino3D is a powerful visual programming language and algorithm editor that operates seamlessly within the Rhino environment. It empowers designers to create complex, parametric models through an intuitive, node-based interface—eliminating the need for traditional coding.

GH User Group Meetings serve as dynamic forums where users come together to share knowledge, showcase work, and explore new possibilities. These events typically cover a broad spectrum of topics related to Grasshopper, including design strategies, modelling workflows, and analytical applications.
